A consortium of American investors, including Oracle, Silver Lake, and Andreessen Horowitz, is expected to acquire 80% of TikTok's U.S. operations. The deal aims to address national security concerns by creating a new U.S.-based entity to manage domestic operations while Chinese shareholders retain a minority stake.
